KITSINIAN LAW FIRM FILES SUIT AGAINST SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR WOOLSEY FIRES
On September 9, 2019, the Kitsinian Law Firm filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court against Southern California Edison for causing the devastating Woolsey Fires which destroyed 1,500 buildings, damaged 341 building and killed 3 people. The fire which began in November 8, 2018 burned over 96,000 acres within Los Angeles County including Malibu, West hills, Thousand Oaks and other nearby communities.
The Kitsinian Law Firm represents dozens of clients who completely lost their homes or whose properties suffered damage due to fire, smoke and ash. The case is expected to be added to the coordinated action before Judge Highberger.
