Biography

Hrag Kitsinian is a California attorney practicing in the areas of personal injury, property damage, and insurance bad faith. At Kitsinian Law Firm, he works closely with the firm’s litigation team, representing individuals and families impacted by catastrophic injury, denied insurance claims, and wildfire-related property damage. Known for his attention to detail and clear communication, Hrag is committed to guiding clients through complex legal matters with diligence, compassion, and integrity.

He earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2022, where he served as President of the National Armenian Law Students Association and was appointed to the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, graduating with an emphasis in Politics & Government, earning Dean’s List recognition.

Before entering the legal profession, Hrag served as a policy aide to a State Assemblymember in the California Legislature. During his tenure in the State Capitol, he worked on legislation and policy initiatives aimed at protecting vulnerable populations, expanding access to critical state programs, and improving public safety infrastructure. He was also entrusted with high-priority matters, often working across agencies to resolve bureaucratic barriers and help individuals access essential public services—experience that continues to inform his legal advocacy today.

Hrag previously served as an elected member of the Encino Neighborhood Council, gaining early experience in local governance and civic engagement. Throughout his life, he has taken significant roles in a variety of civic and community organizations, guided by a sense of responsibility to the communities he calls home.

Fluent in both English and Armenian, Hrag is proud to serve a diverse client base throughout California. He is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
